Our Free Professional install only includes installing the battery into the battery housing. Installing the battery into a full board is $100.
We still offer professional install even if your order's already been shipped. Just submit a ticket under "Request Professional Install" and note your order number and that it's already been shipped.
You'll have to send the required materials to us at your expense, but we will pay to ship it back to you.
